Our Thai ingredients-

-formulated by Dr. Greenwald our flavors are all-natural, made with the finest components and are so easy to use. They are similar in quality to our Italian products but labor is so so much cheaper in Thailand–we pass those savings on to you!
 
Our gelato bases are mixed with fresh or powdered milk. You can buy base without powdered milk and sugar and add your own. We also offer a to-die-for yoghurt gelato and Soy So-Delicious, an all-vegetable base. Sorbet and sherbet base are also available. All of our bases are made the same way. Each bag makes one tub of base. Nothing left over. No waste!
 
We add imported Italian flavors and aromas to our pastes to intensify taste. Our delicious nut pastes are made from Turkish hazelnuts and Italian Piedmont pistachios. All of our flavors are very fresh and usually made-to-order. Download our Thai ingredients catalogue

Add bag of base to

2.5L boiling water

Mix until dissolved

about 3 minutes

Mix thoroughly

No grains on spoon

Chill 2-3 hours then

add to batch machine

Add flavor packet

We have spent a decade tasting European ice cream flavors and can say with assurance that our Italian products are as good as they get. Some European companies offer a few really outstanding flavors but the superb quality of our genuine Italian flavors never vary.
 
In addition to the usual classic bases, try our Express Base line–just add water–so rich, so creamy, so easy to make! Our Light Line of sugar-free bases include a huge selection of tangy yoghurt flavors which can be made into gelato, soft serve or smoothies. Our Well-Being line of delicious zero-cholesterol vegetable-based gelato is just as creamy and delicious as full-fat ice cream.
